Pre-Registration Required: All members must register for class at least one hour before the scheduled start time. Regardless of membership, walk-ins will be charged $25, or not be permitted to take class without prior registration, regardless of class size.

Late Arrivals: All classes will begin promptly at their scheduled start time. Members are highly encouraged to arrive 5-10 minutes early to prepare for their workout. Members arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be permitted to join class for safety considerations. All late comers participation will be at the coaches discretion.

Consistently late members will receive verbal reminders, be contacted privately to discuss potential solutions, and may be restricted to booking peak-time classes.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least four hours prior to the class start time.

Single Drop-In’s and Class Pass holders who late-cancel will be charged for that class, which will be deducted from their account.

Unlimited members will be charged $25 for failing to cancel reservations prior to 4 hours. This policy applies without exceptions.

No-Show Fee: If you fail to attend a class you registered for and do not cancel within the designated time frame, your account will be automatically charged $25. This policy applies without exceptions.

Waitlist Procedure: For classes that reach full capacity of 15 members, a priority waitlist will be activated. If a spot becomes available, the first person on the waitlist will be notified via email and will have 30 minutes to confirm their spot. If no confirmation is received, the next person on the waitlist will be notified automatically.

Zero Tolerance: Consistently failing to adhere to the policy may result in further action, including additional charges or membership review.

Auto-Draft Memberships: Contracts are billed on the 1st of each month. To cancel your membership, please email info@mpfitco.com 7 days prior to next billing cycle.

Pause Membership: Memberships are permitted a single, up to 60 day pause per calendar year. To pause your membership email info@mpfitco.com 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

All incurred fees will be charge to your card on file.
